In this Alakazam Academy, John will teach an array of incredible effects designed for everyone, from beginners to working professionals. All the effects are simple to learn, allowing you to focus on the performance.

Most of the tricks can be made with minimal cost and effort.

You will learn:

Close-up Magic:

- John will share some of his go-to material, which he regularly performs at paid gigs.

- How to create a peek that's 100% reliable, including all the nuances that make it foolproof.

- A trick specifically for that child who follows you around all night at an event. This makes them the star and can be a lifesaver at certain events, while also increasing your chances of getting booked.

- A signature Bride and Groom trick that John has been performing for nearly 20 years.

Impromptu Magic:

- The Twins – John's best-selling "which hand" effect, perfect for any situation.

- John's online bookshop book test.

- Several other impromptu effects that will make EDC (Everyday Carry) obsolete.

Parlour and Stage Magic:

- A game involving the entire audience that lasts over 5 minutes on stage, requiring just a single coin.

- The non-patio Patio Force.

- **Guilty Secret Society** – A humorous presentation based on Larry Becker's "Sneak Thief."

- The jar and ring trick – John's variation of a trick he co-created with Michael Wilson.

- DIY Tossed-Out Lottery.

- A DIY force bag that can be made for pennies, paired with an ACAN (Any Card at Any Number) effect.

 Plus many more.

John will also cover his creative process, character development, maximising wedding fair opportunities, and his experience with the Penn & Teller process. And of course, because it is the Alakazam Academy, you get to ask your questions live during the evening and have John answer them live! If you can’t attend, not to worry! You can watch it the day after when it’ll be put into your account!

This is an Academy you DO NOT WANT TO MISS!
