• All products sold on 11Magic are digital (videos, DVDs-as-files, ebooks, and similar). Supported formats include MP4, PDF, and other common media archives. We do not deliver physical items or packages.
• Please provide a valid email address with your order. Orders are processed promptly; download links are sent once files are prepared (may take up to 24 hours).
• Because products are digital, once download links have been sent, payments are not eligible for a refund.

• Products are collected or distributed via our dealer channels; we do not own the intellectual property of the original authors.
• If any listing infringes your rights, contact us. We will remove the product and related links promptly.
